Chapter 119: Supper for Xie Chen
This was the first time Shen You had heard about Xie Chen’s story.
She had never expected that Xie Chen, who always looked gentle and quiet, had encountered so many things.
“If I see that man now, I will tear him apart with my hands!” Xie Xiao said fiercely.
Shen You had a heart-aching and helpless smile on her face. “Maybe Xie Chen still has that person in her heart.”
“How is that possible! That person has caused my sister to be in such a miserable state!” Xie Xiao snorted discontentedly.
“Human feelings are just so strange!” Shen You said meaningfully and heartfeltly.
“Why do you sound so old when you say that?” Xie Xiao looked at Shen You strangely.
“To be honest, sometimes I feel that you always give people the feeling that you have seen through the world,” Xie Xiao voiced out her confusion.
Shen You smiled and said, “I guess I have lived a lifetime longer than others!”
Shen You said with a half-truth.
“What nonsense are you spouting!” Xie Xiao waved her hand, wanting to get rid of Shen You’s somewhat desolate appearance.
Xie Xiao did not know if it was her misconception.

Shen You smiled at Xie Xiao. “Do you know what it means to be young and mature?”

“Sister Chen didn’t have dinner tonight. I’ll go make her some supper.” Shen You stood up and walked to the kitchen. “Do you want some?”
“Sure!” Xie Xiao also got up and walked behind Shen You.
“Xiao You, I think if I continue to live with you, I will become a fat woman!” Xie Xiao said seriously.

Shen You slapped Xie Xiao’s arm. “Skeleton spirit? I think you’re more like a rib spirit now!”
“You need to take good care of yourself!” Shen You said as her eyes darted around Xie Xiao’s chest.
Xie Xiao’s expression changed immediately as she glared at Shen You. “Fine! You’re looking at me in this manner! I want to keep what’s yours for myself!”
As Xie Xiao spoke, her hands were already reaching out towards Shen You.
Shen You screamed as she tried to hide. The two of them began to fight noisily at the kitchen door.
Xie Chen sat on the bed and listened to the noise outside. Tears were still falling from her eyes.
She had been looking forward to seeing that person again so much. Even though she had been hurt, she still wanted to see him.
However, for some reason, the moment she saw him, she retreated.
She was outside the coffee shop when she saw that person standing there.
She did not dare to go out and meet him.
When that person turned around and left, she rushed out, but she only dared to watch him leave from afar.

Should she greet him calmly?
Should she say, “Hi, long time no see?”

Shen You placed the tray on the side table and walked to the bed.
Xie Chen patted the edge of the bed and motioned for the two of them to sit down.
Shen You and Xie Xiao sat at each of the feet of the bed.
The three of them sat quietly in the darkroom for a while.
