Chapter 68: When Is the Engagement?
Halfway through the party, Shen You pulled along Xie Xiao and prepared to leave.

“How can she compare to Shen Jiao with her appearance?” Another person who was more familiar with Shen Jiao sounded even more unfriendly.

Xie Xiao stood in front of Shen You, trying to block out the discussion for her.

Ling Rui didn’t seem to be affected by Shen You. He only asked, “What about your marriage with Zhao Nan?”
“The Shen family and the Zhao family indeed have an engagement,” Shen You said.
“When are you two going to get engaged?” Somebody interested immediately asked.
“I think this needs to be discussed between the two families.” Shen You smiled at that person, “So, keep it a secret for now!”
“Shen You, why do you have to make things so mysterious? Just tell everyone about it!” Ling Rui urged again.
Shen You stared at Ling Rui, “Why do you want to know?”
Ling Rui hesitated for a moment, and his eyes looked towards Wu Qi by the side.
